If the goods are found to be damaged during transportation, you have the right to refuse, and the reason for the rejection is stated on the courier. Please return the delivery personnel. We will not be responsible for any damage to the goods after the receipt and the delivery personnel have left the site.
If you find that the goods are missing or lost, please contact customer service within 24 hours of the receipt time. We are not responsible for more than 48 hours.
